Frequently asked questions.

How hard are your sessions? I am unfit and have injuries/limitations.

Boot Camp and Pilates are both catered to most fitness levels. If you have injuries our trainers will cater for you and substitute any exercises you need. Everyone works at their own pace and no one is left behind. If you are looking for more low-impact exercises our Pilates classes might be for you. If you are unsure please contact Erin to discuss what training program is suited for you.

How Long do your Salty Fit sessions go for?

Boot Camp Sessions run for approximately 45 minutes and Pilates sessions are usually around 50 minutes.

Do I have to book into sessions?

Yes, all sessions must be booked and can be done here. Head to the ‘Timetable’ section of the website and you can find our booking system with classes available.

I don’t like group sessions and the timetable doesn’t suit me. What other options do you have?

Private small group sessions for you and your friends or Personal Training is on offer. Erin can train you outdoors or in a gym. Get in contact with Erin for further information.
